Artzencandles provides professional clothing alteration, mending, and repair services. We reserve the right to refuse service if a garment is in such poor condition that repair or alteration is not feasible, or if the requested work conflicts with our professional standards.
All service estimates provided by Artzencandles are based on our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if the condition of the garment differs from what was initially apparent. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of services or pickup of your garments. We accept cash and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for extensive alteration or repair projects.
While we take every precaution to care for your garments, Artzencandles is not responsible for damage to items that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, fabric deterioration, or issues that were not apparent during initial inspection.
We will store completed garments for up to 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artzencandles's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on the Artzencandles website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Artzencandles and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with other users' access.
