At Artzencandles, we stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the alteration or repair services we have provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge.
We offer one free revision for alterations or repairs if the work does not meet the specifications we discussed during your consultation. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of pickup, and the garment must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to complete the requested work to your satisfaction after a revision attempt, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion.
To be eligible for a revision or refund, garments must be returned in the same condition as when they were picked up, without additional wear, damage, or alterations made by another party.
Certain services may not be eligible for refunds if the work was completed as requested but the result does not meet your expectations due to fabric limitations, garment construction, or other factors beyond our control. We will discuss these limitations during your consultation.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
